ABOUT
I am a passionate problem solver who loves a good challenge. I am searching for a position at an innovative organization. I have familiarity with data science, machine learning, and spatial analytics as well as experience in customer needs assessment, and team leadership. I am proficient in C++, C, Java, Javascript (including Node & React), and Python. My passions also include computer security and system programming. I also have experience with GIS technologies, ArcGIS and Geoda.

SALESFORCE DEVELOPMENT INTERN
Implemented an address recognition API in Java for use in Salesforce drug trial research
Created, tested, and presented updates on user stories to an international team developing a new drug trial communications website.
Used Gephi to build a graph of Salesforce dependencies, analyzed component overlap to help the team untangle the org and create packages
Intensively tested several Salesforce backup systems, developed a user guide to help others run tests, made final product recommendations
Designed and built an augmented reality program to help patients better understand their prescriptions, pitched program prototype in AbbVie’s annual hackathon

PROJECTS
POLITITRACK
Polititrack is a mobile application built with Typescript on React Native. Polititrack helps US citizens keep track of local legislation on their favorite topics, share updates on social media, and find and contact their representatives. View the project on Github here.
CALIFORNIA WILDFIRE GEOSPATIAL ANALYSIS
A multilayered analysis of California wildfire history, overlaying various natural features, eg precipitation, land cover, lightning density, with human activity, eg land use, the electric grid, controlled burns, to analyze the sharp rise in wildfires and predict the locations of future fires. Analysis was done in ArcGIS with python and arcPy. Reference work can be found here.
CHICAGO CRIME ANALYSIS
An analysis of the correlation between Chicago crime trends and the funding levels of various Chicago police and social programs from 2012-2020. The graphs and charts was created using Javascript d3, combined with HTML and CSS. The project can be found here.
SKILLS
MACHINE LEARNING
Experience with deep nets, adversarial nets, k-means, Gaussian mixtures, Markov decision processes and more, using python and python add-ons.
GIS TECHNOLOGIES
Experience using ArcGISPro, ArcMap, Geoda, and arcPy for spatial analytics and map creation.
